Yesterday afternoon the Kitchener Panthers hosted the Burlington Herd for a double header at Jack Couch. Here are a few shots from the first game, which Burlington won 4-0.

Home plate needed some repairs causing a lengthy delay in the June 11 game vs the Guelph Royals. A few candid shots taken during the delay:

The Panthers were in action June 11 vs the Guelph Royals at Jack Couch Park. The Royals took the early lead but Kitchener was able to overcome the deficit and win by a score of 7-4. A 3 run blast in the bottom of the 7th from Tanner Nivins sealed the deal for Kitchener.

In a nice change from Tuesday’s game, the sun was shining and I didn’t feel like I needed a winter coat! The Panthers were taking on the Toronto Maple Leafs. Panther’s starting pitcher, Sean Ratcliffe, got the win as Kitchener topped Toronto 11-3.
